Fees include:

  • Registration in the three host institutions, including academic resources and services of the three universities
  • Full insurance coverage
  • Administrative costs

Fees do not include:

  • Living expenses
  • Transportation costs
  • Sworn translations and other administrative procedures
  • Issuance of the diploma (Joint Master Degree)
  • Visa costs

* Programme students: Spanish nationals, students from EU member states, or foreign students residing in Spain (please note that a residence permit granted to foreign students does not automatically confer resident status)

** Partner-Country students: All students who do not belong to the European-Country category defined above.


Important Note: Students with a double nationality must specify the nationality under which they want to submit their scholarship application. No change will be possible after the submission of the application.

IFRoS Consortium Excellence Grants (2026-2028 Intake)

The IFRoS Consortium is committed to attracting the brightest minds in robotics, regardless of their financial background. For the 2026-2028 intake, we offer Tuition Fee Reduction Grants to selected high-potential candidates.

* Student Contribution
To accept the grant and secure their place in the program, selected beneficiaries are required to pay the remaining balance of €500.

This €500 payment is mandatory to accept the scholarship and is strictly non-refundable (except in cases of Visa denial or Force Majeure, where it may be deferred to the next intake).

Self-funded Students

The programme is also open to candidates who do not request financial support. Self-funded students are responsible of paying for they own the fees and all costs derived from their participation in the master (e.g. accommodation, transportation, subsistence, etc.).
We recommend the applicants to search early on for any sponsoring or external funding source in their home country to be able to carry their mobility project.
