On the 19th and 20th of September, we celebrated the Induction days to warmly welcome the new promotion of IFRoS and MIRS students. The two days were filled with activities designed to introduce the master’s program and the university services to the students.
We started the first day with an introduction from the coordinators and representatives of all the three universities of the consortium – UNIZG, ELTE and UdG. Each of them shared insights about their respective universities and their cities (Zagreb, Budapest and Girona).
This was followed by a presentation of the UdG services and associations for the first year students; to make sure everyone is well prepared and informed for the year.
To help them get acquainted with their surroundings, we organized a small tour around the Montilivi Campus of the University of Girona. During this tour, some of the facilities that were visited were the library, the four different buildings of the Polytechnic School where the classes will take place, and some important buildings.
On the second day, there was an outdoor team building activity planned. However, due to the weather, the activity had to be postponed.
Despite the weather, the Induction Days were a huge success! Welcome to all our new IFROS and MIRS students!
