In the context of the module “Good practices in writing and scientific research”, Dr. Oliver Díaz, associate professor and senior researcher at the University of Barcelona, has presented “Hogwarts: the School of Research and Researchers”. Over 5 weeks, Dr. Díaz covered several key research topics and discussed best practices, including the research process and research career; research grants; research integrity and international good practices; scientific publications, and collaborative tools based on Latex what students will be used later in the MSc thesis. “These topics are of utmost importance to build a solid foundation for future researchers in the field of robotics,” says Dr. Díaz.
