Team Building session

Our recent team-building session with Rafel de Creativita was more than just an opportunity to bond with our fellow IFRoS and MIRS Master’s students. It was a transformative experience that allowed us to delve deeper into our own thoughts, feelings, and connections with others.

Rafel’s powerful statement, “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are,” resonated deeply with all of us.

Beyond the fun and games, we engaged in activities that fostered both physical and mental connections. Through respectful and inclusive exercises, we discovered that despite our differences, we share a common humanity. The realization that we are all on this journey together was truly inspiring.

At the end of the session, we were asked to choose a card that best represented our experience. The responses were profound and thought-provoking. Some of the highlights included:

  • A lighthouse: Even when we can’t see the way forward, we must keep striving for our goals. There will always be a guiding light to lead us.
  • Two people thinking the same but living different lives: We may have unique experiences, but we can still share common ground and aspirations.
  • A key: This symbolizes the valuable insights and tools that Rafel has provided us to unlock our full potential.
  • A cloud partially covering the sun: Even when it seems dark and gloomy, there is always hope for a brighter future.

These reflections serve as a testament to the impact of our time together. We left the session feeling more connected, inspired, and empowered.
